This notice explains which data we collect when you write to us through the form or on WhatsApp, and what we use it for.

What we collect and why
Only what you give us: on the form, your name, email, company and message, along with the date you accepted this notice; on WhatsApp, what you tell us. We use it to reply to you, schedule a meeting if you ask for one and prevent automated submissions. We do not sell it.
If you write to us on WhatsApp
Orix, our artificial intelligence assistant, answers first. You can ask to talk to a person on the team at any time.
Who we share it with
The providers that give us hosting, email, messaging and artificial intelligence services, some outside Colombia. They use it only on our behalf.
Your rights
You can access, update, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to privacy@outrixintelligence.com. You may also turn to the data protection authority.
